Clinical Consultation Services

Working in private practice does not have to mean working in isolation. You can have a community of supportive, growth-oriented clinicians to collaborate with!

Whether an associate therapist at the start of your career, or an independent practitioner looking for increased community, collaboration, and support, clinical consultation can increase your competence and efficacy in your clinical space.

I provide trauma-conscious consultation through a queer and feminist lens, using a number of integrated modalities, including CPP, ACT, and Family Systems, and inviting clinicians to practice cultural humility and curiosity for the client’s experience and perspective. I approach consultation with an intention of decolonizing clinical practice.

Clinical Consultation Group

Clinicians meet twice a month to gain camaraderie and support. Topics rotate and are selected based on group interest and need. Groups are limited to 10 participants to allow for full participation and consultation opportunity for all.

In person consultation groups are held on the first Friday of every month from 12:30-2 in Los Ranchos.

Virtual consultation groups are held on the third Friday of every month from 12:30-2.

Our November topic is all things paperwork. We will examine consents for services, policy paperwork, good faith estimates, and more. This is often an area of clinical practice where clinicians feel unsupported and unconfident. Join us virtually, and head into the new year with confidence in every aspect of your practice!

Individual Consultation

Individual consultation is offered to clinicians seeking increased opportunity for mentorship and skill development in trauma-focused treatment for children and families, utilizing Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), bibliotherapy, and Child Parent Psychotherapy (CPP).

Additionally, I offer consultation to increase cultural competence in working with the LGBTQIA2S+ community, working with Native American populations, and working within the Deaf/Deaf-Allied community.
